Product Heroes Conference - moderator
Product Heroes is the largest Product Management conference in Italy. I moderated 2 round tables (Eng and Ital) - focused on exploring how to design effective feedback loops within digital products.
'Women in Tech' 7.0 program - mentor. Stream - Product Management
The ‘Women in Tech’ program is the largest mentorship initiative in Russia, empowering women to grow in technology and digital professions.
As a mentor in the Product Management stream, I supported aspiring professionals in developing their product mindset, improving analytical and leadership skills, and building clear career strategies to enter or advance within the tech industry.
Product Heroes League - Winner (Milan & Final)
Won first place in Milan as a city representative, then competed with other cities, and our pair ranked first among all Italian teams. The competition is based on speed and held entirely in Italian, so while it may not be the most prestigious award, it’s a meaningful sign that I can successfully compete with native speakers.
